About the Summit

Three days of learning, sharing, and building together

The MIT App Inventor Global Education Summit brings together educators, researchers, developers, and students from around the world to explore the future of computing education. Now in its latest edition, the summit showcases innovative teaching practices, cutting-edge research, and inspiring stories of how App Inventor is transforming classrooms globally.

MIT App Inventor is a free, blocks-based programming environment that makes it easy for anyone—even beginners—to build fully functional apps for Android and iOS devices. Since its launch, over 30 million users in across 195 countries and regions have created more than 120 million apps.
